By accessing or using MDX Hospitality Marketplace you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Marketplace Role

MDX Hospitality Marketplace provides a B2B sourcing platform that connects buyers with verified Saudi suppliers. Transactions, contracts and delivery terms are concluded directly between the parties.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must provide accurate information when submitting RFQs and use the platform for legitimate procurement purposes for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia.

4. Supplier Verification

All suppliers undergo commercial registration verification and SASO compliance review where applicable. MDX Hospitality Marketplace does not guarantee product quality or delivery timelines.

5. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed are indicative and in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Final pricing, VAT and shipping are confirmed by the supplier in the quotation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be referred to the competent Saudi courts.
